Just had my 2010 Berlingo HDI 75 back from the garage as the heater fan/blower stopped working. I replaced the "resistor" above the accelerator hoping that would cure the issue but no luck. Garage reckon the heater "blower motor" is at fault due to water ingress causing corrision, but they have not been able to find one other than at Citroen
It could be the crank sensor. I would start there. Without looking up these codes, this is my best estimate. The P2291 code is low cranking fuel pressure but could still be related to the crank sensor giving no signal. The ECU will shut off the fuel if the crank sensor stops sending a signal. Beyond that the fuel pressure sensor could be bad.
It usually happens that the AdBlue tank breaks down, so it changes for some 800 euros (in our country). However my friend opened the lid of the AdBlue tank this summer and drove it for a while and the problem did not occur.
